Annie

Annie was born into this world at the beginning of May of 2005. Annie, her mother and 10 brothers & sisters, all lived out in the wild on Annacis Island. Her mom loved them all and she thought that she had made them a safe home where she could nurse & raise them until they were old enough to venture out on their own.

Sadly however, she didn't realize that the home she had made for her new babies was right in the middle of a lot that was due to be a construction site. Tragically one day, a huge pile of metal fell onto her warren and killed Annie's mother and her 10 brothers & sisters. The only survivor was little Orphan Annie.

Some of the construction workers realized what had happened and they felt just sick about it. They realized that Annie somehow managed to survive so they scooped her up and rushed her into an emergency clinic. The call was then put out for a nursing mom and luckily for Annie, the Cloverdale rescue bunnies still had many litters of nursing moms & babies.

Once Annie was checked over for any problems, she was quickly added to a new family. Thankfully, her new foster mom readily accepted her into her family and we were all relieved as we knew that she now had the best chance to make it.

Today, Annie and her new family are all grown up and she is ready to start a new life with a family that will make sure she will be kept safe *indoors* and will live her life out as a house rabbit.
